If you have Netflix, I’d wholeheartedly recommend watching The True Cost. A really fascinating documentary about the fast fashion industry and its effects on people and the environment (from workers getting paid $3/day to the annual 11,000 suicides of cotton farmers in India alone). Stuff many don’t even think to think about and really eye-opening when it comes to what wasteful consumerism does to everyone involved. Just things such an awesome art form shouldn’t be associated with.
